Legendary dance teacher who founded the California-based studio Joe Tremaine Dance Center as well as Tremaine Dance Conventions and Competitions. He trained and performed at the New Orleans Ballet Association and New Orleans Opera.
He began dancing at the age of 4. He was already teaching dance while in high school, and continued to do so at Northeastern University of Louisiana where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.
