Syrian journalist who is known for specializing in sports coverage. He is known for working for the Middle East Broadcasting Center in Dubai and covers a variety of football programs in the Arabic language. 

Before Fame

He started his career in journalism at the age of 15 when he created his own English language sports magazine. He then studied English at Damascus University before completing his masters in the United Kingdom. While completing his masters, he worked for MBC and started announcing football games for Asdda Kas Alallam. He later became Head of MBC Sports.

He has won the Best Arab Program award for his series Sada Al Malaeb for multiple years in a row. He is also known for having won the Best Studio Provider award in 2007 and Best Arab TV show at the 2006 World Cup in Germany.

He was born and raised in Yarmouk Camp, Damascus, Syria. He married fellow Dubai TV presenter Mai Al Khatib and together they have two children: Karam and Natalie.
